Alexander Fehling and Mina Tander in the new comedy produced by and starring Michael Bully Herbig

Germany’s most successful director is shooting a new movie! Almost four years have gone by since Michael Bully Herbig directed his last motion picture, Wickie und die starken Männer. Now his fans don’t have to wait any longer: on March 4th, he will start shooting BUDDY.
Apart from Michael Bully Herbig himself, Alexander Fehling (Goethe!, Inglourious Basterds) and Mina Tander (Maria, ihm schmeckt’s nicht, Männerherzen) will be starring in the lead roles.
After venturing into the field of acting (e.g. Hotel Lux and Zettl), Michael Bully Herbig will once again be taking place in the director’s chair. Just like with his other movies Der Schuh des Manitu, (T)Raumschiff Surprise and Lissi und der wilde Kaiser, Bully wrote the screenplay himself and will also be producing and directing the new motion picture. Viewers are in for a Bully-movie that not will not only make you laugh, but also tug at your heartstrings.
Together with the co-producer Warner Bros., herbX film will be producing the “romantic and wacky comedy” about an inexperienced guardian angel who inadvertently brings chaos into the life of his protégé. Nobody’s perfect, not even if you have wings!
